OK Enough bitching from all of you do nothings! Here is a sample of my work. I know that in about 2 minutes you'll be asking for more, so hold your breath and I'll get right on it. You people aren't Morrissey fans, you're a bunch of people who something for nothing! The nonsensical bullshit and accusations and so on.
This site when it started was for trading, not taking and giving nothing back.
You either dislike me or you love me either way your wrong, you're gonna miss me when I'm gone!

whats all the crap for

Because SNS22 is trying to cut off the crack pipe for the rest of us.

Dave, thanks for posting these, but none of the first five downloads is working for me--they all get downloaded as 1k CDA files, even though Sendspace reports that they're the expected sizes (e.g. 44kb). Any ideas? I've never had a problem like this on Sendspace.

I should have known why--.cda is a shortcut to a music file, not the music file itself. But then why would Sendspace report that the file sizes are > 1kb?

Sorry, Dave, I still can't get them to work. The CDA files aren't music files. Are you trying to post MP3s, FLACs, WMAs, or what? If so, it's easier to zip them all up (use WinZip or the like), then post the zipped archive. PM me if you need more details.

Oh, yes once again blame me for having the guts to speak my mind....It's that what makes our country great? Again, I didn't see any selfish pricks hoarding the UK and European Shows last year....Again, it's ME who is WRONG for stating the TRUTH

EDIT:Am not implying that David is a "Selfish Prick"...his genoristy in sharing us with us, shows he is not one of those who harbor this attitude....

Be sure to include a copy of an apology letter from me when you mail him your Led Zepplin bootlegs

First of all, thank you very much. It's very appreciated.

It doesn't work though. The .cda files are useless, you have to upload the songs as mp3 for example (or wma or flac or wav...). Actually Windows Media Player should automatically rip the CD. Maybe someone who is more computer savvy can give you better instructions :)

David,

Your Genorosity is appreciated...

Yes some people do not "give back", but others freely upload what they have avaliable. 15 years ago, I would spend $30-$50 on a vinyl or CD bootleg and have no way of knowing sometimes until I got it home and played it what the quality would be like...If it was crap...I was basically out the money...

5-10 years ago, I discovered that people sold or "Traded" CD-Rs through the internet...AGAIN, I had no way of knowing what the quality was like beforehand, and at times, I was SOL when it arrived..possibly, scratched, with broken cases, or some crappy recording..or some guy decided he wanted to seperate the "music" from the "Speaking" parts, and made it difficult for me when I wanted to make a label that corresponded to the tracks on the CD....

Then, I discovered this forum...A place where people uploaded, downloaded, and shared..all at no risk and no cost...what a wonderful concept...a brilliant one as well...Like the file sharing Networks and The GodFather NAPSTER (THANK YOU AGAIN METALLICA FOR SHUTTING THAT DOWN)...yes, there are bound to be leechers, but SO F-ING WHAT, I'm always bound to find something that I'm looking for...so I download AND UPLOAD and I feel that I am part of a Sharing Community....There's even a section here for OTHER MUSIC...so I can provide for others who may already have "Every Avaliable Smiths/Morrissey" Bootleg...I can't be bothered with Mailing and trading and Hoping I have what the other peson is looking for, because I have a life to live...an education to pursue, a Daughter to raise...(With the principles that you don't have to always get something in return for what you do)...

So that is why I advocate File Sharing....If you don't agree...that's fine...I'm sure we appreciate this effort you have made...

If you put him off sharing this SNS I am going to have to kick your butt.

I have said my peace..and would have said nothing on this thread if not 'singled out"....

You may do so, if you are willing to pay for the round-trip ticket, so at least I get a vacation along with the ass kicking

you can't upload from a CD, you just upload the links to the tracks in your CD drive, which is what is happening here. The files have to be on your machine.

Dave, you must convert these to listen on a personal player right? Or do you only listen to CD's? If you do make your tracks into mp3's and you already have some of those on your computer, you can upload those and it will work.

If not maybe someone that you have traded with can upload.

If you don't have any converted tracks and you are determined to do this, you might want to get winLAME, and convert a CD to mp3's.

Maybe you'd rather convert to FLAC.

Windows Media Player has a built in ripping option as well....

I'm still having problems compressing the files will try again in a bit.
SNS2 I don't think you are worth the time getting into any words with as all you do is complain. I do however hope that once this thing works, you enjoy it. But, I won't trade for Zeppelin as I have every known recording of them that exists as well. Hendrix also. I was just throwing out there that I do have other musical interests. This forum won't give me enough space to list them all.

I don't know if this is the whole thing or not!

Thanks so much, David. This is track one ("Stop Me...") only, FWIW.

Also, if you're using WinZip or something similar, you can turn off the compression, because the sound files are already compressed; you'd just be using it to create one large file out of all the smaller ones.

Well, I do keep posting things I have on the Other Music forum, so if you're interested in any of them feel free to download....

Thanks Again for your efforts...

It's funny, you complain about everyone and how selfish and stupid we are, yet you can't even post your files correctly. With that opening statement I could care less for any of your downloads. I am a true fan, I know it and that's all I care about.
