We accidently overcooked the chicken on Sunday (sorry veggies). We put it on, went to the pub, got waylaid (and drunk) and rolled home four hours later! It was just edible (it was a big chicken and we'd put it on a low heat), by the time it was on the table we were more interested in dancing to Top of the Pops two and then Lexie (my best friend) decided I needed more gravy and drowned my dinner! It was funny! (and we ate it as we were drunk)

I daresay that they are probably now highly offended and chose not to respond (rightly so) after being subjected to such anthropocentric sentiments.
