this is from Popbitch. Seems fairly reliable. Not many surprises there.

Puke at Will Young winning best single though. The fact that man exists in the UK music business makes me want to kill myself.

OK, I'm exaggerating a bit, but I can't stand his cheesy face.

don't think the brits are that relevant nowadays anyway, it's just a tv show and not really that important unless you were a pop act .

  6. Why do you even pay attention to these?

Don't read the "Brit Award" post if you don't want to know the results.

    Cheers for the spoiler.
Your heading should have been "Brit Award results", then maybe there would still be some reason to watch the show.
    Idiot.

Well you'd better avoid all tv and media tomorrow because I'm pretty sure they won't put "Spoiler" on all the front pages before the show goes out tomorrow night.

  12. Avenging Angel, I thought Betrand Russel said it well about you....

In the thread below where Mealy/AvengingAngel is starting shit with David T:

"You claim that this site is so pathethic and only LOSERS waste their time here, and yet, you actually bothered to go to your neighbor's to post on this GDF?! HAHAHAHA! Now let's see, what would that make you? Hmmmm? I know, let's use your logic to figure out the answer. Ah ha -- got it: the BIGGEST LOSER of all! Case closed."

    Get a life....

  13. I see the British have terrible music. They should thank God they can hear American music.

Although Americans don't pay attention to the Grammies. Only the media does.
British seem obsessed with charts and awards and all that jive.

Morrissey is great, but he's just one man, and as we saw from his "Under the Influence" CD, his musical influences are mostly America.

The Beatles are the most overrated band ever. They just aped American music in the beginning, and then later got all annoyingly mystical. Paul McCartney was so boring at the Super Bowl I felt sorry for him. And he really shouldn't have worn that red communist t-shirt.

Oasis was a pointless band of no consequence.

Obviously there are a few good British bands, but rock 'n' roll is American music. I notice your list wasn't very long.
