    Default I just received a job offer via email...

    ...what makes me think that this isn't "real":


    Our company want to suggest you a vacancy - Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk
    Job Description:
    The task of the Payable Clerk is to process payments between our partners' clients and our company, in particular, to manage cash and balance receipts, follow up on accounts, etc. And also reception, assortment and dispatch of different types of correspondence. The job is related to remote Internet operations. Every payment order will be accompanied with detailed instructions.

    General requirements:


    • Willingness to work from home, take responsibility set up and achieve goals;
    • Ability to create good administrative reporting;
    • Prior customer service experience is a good benefit, but not a must;
    • Honesty, responsibility and promptness in operations;
    • Effective interaction with customers;
    • Familiarity to working online, Internet and e-mail skills;

    Our Main Benefits:


      • Good salary
      • Flexible schedule (1-3 hours per day)
      • Ability to combine jobs
      • Ability to take unlimited vacation (without guaranteed salary).
      • 2 weeks vacation after every 3 months of working (with guaranteed salary of $500 per week).

        Salary range is $500 - $3,000 per week, depending on individual abilities and willingness to work.
        Minimum $500 guaranteed salary (not dependent on volume of transactions).
        No private data (Social Security Number, Mother’s/Maiden Name or passwords) required.
        NO MAIL DELIVERING.
        NO NETWORK MARKETING.
        NO ENTRANCE FEES. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY ANYTHING TO JOIN OUR COMPANY.

    I get emails like that sometimes, I always delete them as I don't think they're real, the ones I get usually have weird grammatical errors and what not in them.
    WHEE-AWW WHEE-AWW, Oop, thats the hyperbole police, coming to take you away and lock you up in Exaggeration-traz!

    Well, aside from the fact that it looks completely bogus, this. They can't cut you checks unless they have your SSN, even if you are an independent contractor.

    I think this is one of those deals where they try to get you to use your own credit cards/paypal account to move money around for them.

    This really cannot end well if you do anything besides delete it and move on.

    If it isn't for a job that with a company that you have all ready persued, take the offer with a grain of salt. As mentioned earlier, they can't pay you without a SS number. Also, I saw a segment on a local news channel about solicitations like this and the main scheme seemed to be that they would end up with peoples credit card or bank numbers. Some companies also get people interested and then try and charge them "set up fees" to start your at home business.
