morrissey fan moving to phoenix

i'm moving to pheonix at the end of the year
and am looking for a handful of things.

1) good record stores
2) good pubs/bars/taverns/saloons to get a drink
3) any job leads for good companies that might be looking for technical management
4) interesting people to hang out with since i have no friends.
