Oh noooooo. When I was a kid my mother listened to Barry Manilow every time she ironed. She turned the basement stereo up so loud, I had to put pillows over the air vents in my room to block it out. And it still came through, just muffled.

His songs are so hard to get out of your head. Of course he wrote a ton of jingles, didn't he? I'll bet he wrote freecreditreport.com .... grrrrrrrr

A former coworker was obsessed with him. I used to leave "signed" pictures of him in her cubicle and end my e-mails with things like "I can't smile without you" or "Looks like we made it." She loved it.

Copacabana is another one you can't get rid of.
