Boy, you have a good memory! I really was afraid that with my luck he'd stop touring and that would have been the only time. Are you preparing for another 10-hour stand-around?

I am considering not going to Dallas even though Im in FtWorth, because I hate the venue. The Palladium is like going to a concert in warehouse, it sucks....I'll drive to Austin in stead, maybe Houston too...

I don't think the show sold out in 2007. I remember people still buying tix at the box office while in the Q. It may have sold out by the time the show started though cause it was packed in there just like the Austin show.

also is anybody doing the itunes bundle thing? do you do this all at the ticketmaster site or do you have to go to itunes first....

You do it all through ticketmaster. I've only been to one show at the Palladium & that was the Morrissey show in 2007. I think it's a great venue. It has been revamped within the past 3 years or so. It used to be a honky tonk (not kidding either.) There are no balconys there. It's all floor standing room only with sparse seating (sofas.) I hopes this helps you out.

Thanks osiris...that helps out a lot. Just wanted to get a feel for the venue. My brothers and some friends will be going. I have been to most live music clubs in and around dallas...most frequently of late the Granada...I suspect this is somewhat like the old Gypsy Tea Room....I heard that this joint was a honky tonk...glad to hear the renovated it...still miss the Bronco bowl though that was a great venue to see a show...

Been a fan for a long time...will be my first show. Kinda odd because I go to a lot of shows but the stars never aligned for me to catch him live. I am pumped about it

Not just standing - if lucky enough to make it to the front row, you spend the evening getting squished and stomped upon. When I got home I discovered scratches and bruises all over my body. I got his shirt collar, though, and all the injuries were completely worth it!

^^yeah, Im not excited about that show, the Quarry tour he played at Will Rogers in Fort Worth, much nicer. Hello Austin 'n Houston....
