The BBC. Most days I pack in a couple of hours of 5 Live, Radio 4 etc. In the mornings I get a fix of sports banter on Talk Sport.
I also read The Guardian and The Observer (though I sometimes swap the Observer for the Sunday Times). Occasionally I flick through the Manchester Evening Stormtrooper and wish I hadn't bothered.
Objectionable when Sober. Abominable when Drunk.
