Pick your ulitmate set list for the Morrissey gig you're attending

Imagine Morrissey asked you to write a setlist for him when he plays at your nearest venue. The only requests being you can't pick any Smiths songs and the setlist can only be 22 songs. Instead of picking your 22 favorite Morrissey songs, why not pick ones he's never or rarely played live?

Close out the set with some stuff off the beaten path

I am not sure if they are wanting us to predict the Tour Of Refusal set list. I think this is just a general dream setlist of songs which are rarely played live.
