But I know for sure (probably) that if Cassius was to add to the thread something like 'I don't want this thread to continue, please stop it Helen' then she would.

Like I said, Helen is a nice person and would not want to upset anybody. This thread is just very slightly amusing to one person. Something about how being nice can be interpreted as the opposite.
