Orange pre-sale

I also reserved a Franz Ferdinand ticket through Orange yesterday and have just tried to buy it but got the error message telling me to ring See. I'm a bit concerned because those tickets were due to go on sale at 9.30 so I don't know why I couldn't buy it.

I'm going to try to get a Moz ticket in the main scrum and, if I'm unsuccessful, hopefully I'll be able to get the ticket I've reserved.

I had the same problem. Just ring the number and they'll sort the booking out. Make sure you ask for a confirmation email to be sent. Managed to get Brixton standing but nothing for the Troxy

If you ring Orange do they tell you what section you'll be in? I managed to get a rear circle ticket in the main sale but would be interested to know what seat I've got reserved as it may be worth going for that one.

I had to phone SEE too to sort but they have confirmed it now. They couldnt confirm where the tickets are for though- Are they usually poor when booking with orange?

I thought Liverpool Empire was all seated too.

My tickets bought with this are dire (Birmingham Grand Tier) but fortunately didn't rely on them. Pissed off as I bought them at 10 to 9 (before tickets even went onsale) so how could they be so shit? The guy I spoke to on the phone said they should be good as they allocate them by the time they were booked..hmm

What number do I need to ring? Is it the normal gigsandtours number or a special Orange one? (I did get the number when my Franz purchase didn't go through but I didn't make a note of it and I don't want to try it again in case the purchase goes through this time.)

I thought it was seated in the circle but he told me I was standing and the circle is the orchestra pit!!!!!!! you should have a booking number which you can use to query anything.
