...looking for my own purple sweater girl to twirl....
Only seen it from the outside. It's beneath the Worlds End pub. Looks quite tiny. The Worlds End pub is horrible...far too big and 'metal' (music not the decor). Opposite Camden Town tube station.
I spend half my life there, haha! If it's not entirely apparent from the outside, the venue is literally underground, you have to go down a long flight of stairs, but it is bigger than it appears from the outside. It's a really good small venue, the stage is a perfect height. My only critisism is that there's a massive pillar in the middle of the dancefloor. Seen many friends smack into that over the years, haha.
Out of interest, what are your friends band called?
that big daft tramp with the beard is always round there ready to kick off with anyone and everyone![]()
Tell them to get a falafel sandwich from Woodys Grill opposite. Deeeeelish.
Oh, and are we all agreed that Worlds End ain't the best? Camden Eye is better, no?

Don't think i've ever bothered going in to Camden Eye. A friend of mine introduced me to The Elephant's Head, so i go there and wait for the quiffs lol. World's End has no atmophere.
I like the Underworld, it's a good size for most bands i have seen there and the stage is visable from various spots. But not the bars lol. Beer and rum, and i assume other drinks are expencivo too.
