Was it a photo taken in public or was it one of the ones going the rounds that her friends leaked out? I know that there are not very many legal restrictions on what can be photographed when in public view. Especially if it has any public interest. I can only imagine how shocking it could have been. It was removed before I saw it. That has never happened with any photo posted of myself. I'd could guess that Grim was mischief making. Tell me, was he unfairly treated and backed into a corner? From what I read, it seems he was. That usually does result in fight or flight behaviour. I've yet to speak to him about Moz so-low. It seems he timed his ban to start when his holidays began and we don't phone each other to update each other on every post here. In fact it's probably best you direct your issue with Grim to Grim himself and stop wasting my time with things that don't concern or interest me.
It's good to know you have the will to look into matters now. I don't want to sound like a divorce lawyer here but you will find examples of unreasonable behaviour in the 'FAO Kewpie', 'site suggestions?', 'Disgraceful poll on main page' and 'Simple question' threads. The result of which seems to be irreconcilable differences between Kewpie and yourself, and myself? I'd be willing to listen if either of you can think of an amicable solution that suits all parties. My view is the ball was burst in January and it has gotten rather mouldy since then, and been knifed a few times since too. I seriously expect those not in Kewpie's gang to continue to receive second class and prejudicial treatment, and for you to be too busy to properly deal with it, if you wanted to.
