Can't upload attachments

Hi All

When I try to upload an attachment from my computer I follow the instructions by clicking on manage attachments but when I click on the attachment I want to upload It starts uploading then I get "this page cannot be displayed"
I've also tried to drag and drop the attachment but this also does not work.
It used to work fine before but I don't know what's gone wrong.
Any help would be appreciated.

If it's a photo, I suggest using Photo Bucket instead, it looks much better when it's on the page rather than attached to it. However, I don't know why your computer wouldn't allow you to attach things.
