Just got in from the Sweets gig, ok so the bloke won't win a look-a-like compy but oh what a show, worth every penny of the £6. They were splendid, I'm tired.
More tomorrow.

P.s. if you are in Glasgow tomorrow get down to Strathclyde Uni.
I think it's their last U.K. gig (well of this tour).

Here's the set list...

2. The Queen Is Dead.
3. London.
4. His Latest Flame/Rusholme Ruffians.
5. Handsome Devil.
6. Hairdresser On Fire.
7. Now My Heart Is Full.
8. Ask.
9. Barbarism Begins At Home.
10. How Soon Is Now.
11. Still Ill.
12. Every Day Is Like Sunday.
13. Lost.
14. Girlfriend In A Coma.
15. This Charming Man.
16. What Difference Does It Make?
17. I Know It’s Over.
18. Panic.
19. Asleep.
20. There Is A Light & It Never Goes Out.
21. Suedehead.
22. The Last Of The International Playboys.
23. Bigmouth Strikes Again.
24. You’ll Never Walk Alone outro music.
Is outro a word? If not is there a word for the closing song not done by the band?
They video'd the show, they being part of their entourage but I forgot to find out if/when & how they are going to make it available?
I ought to check out their web site.

Glad you enjoyed it Grim.. It was good to hear the songs again liove wasn't it.. even if Jose is nothing really like Morrissey!

Ruffian, I dunno if you tried closing your eyes & having a listen I thought he did a very good impression vocally, I was only drinking Boddies so no way was I kegged up. Yep just hearing it all live was the best. You can't beat live music, & the funny thing was there were these two girls at the front grabbing at Jose & jumping on stage, but the best was when the guy who thought he was Johnny Marr, the geezer on lead guitar stepped out in front only to get his nuts tweaked by said girls, he soon moved back.
I'd go watch 'em again, if they get to tour again, shame about their bass player not being able to get off work for the tour.
Well Simpsons are on
