How to edit background image?

How do you get the background image to work on the profile editor?

try creating an album and uploading the image. then copy the image link.

If you click User CP and click "customize profile", you can modifiy your profile's background image.

I can see Sacha Distel photo which Morrissey used as backdrop in 2006 tour David's profile background.
