"A day without laughter is a day wasted." ~ Charlie Chaplin
"If you're frightened of dying, and you're holding on, you'll see devils tearing your life away. If you've made your peace, then the devils are really angels, freeing you from the Earth."
and, from watching this, i feel that the insecure teeth thing was DEFINITELY about Bowie. DEFINITELY. it speaks about how insecure he was about his teeth.

That was bizarre, yes. I've never paid that much attention to anyone's teeth. But I know what it's like to be fixated on an aspect of your appearance that you can't stand, I suppose we all have one.
I don't think I had heard the childhood injury take on it...I just assumed it was a natural phenomenon, because it usually is! My older brother has one brown eye & one blue eye (since birth).
Gosh, I was big on Bowie sound-wise and looks-wise in the '90s...
This is the issue I snuck long looks at in the parlor circa 1992/3! (Who needs Playgirl/boy when you've got Architectural Digest?)
And I listened to this on my Walkman while I did it!

I just never got into Bowie, I really did try at one point and got a biography on him and everything. But I just couldn't get interested in him, I like a few of his tunes but no more than that. He doesn't move me.![]()
