I took my laptop to bed with me with the good intention of listening in and guess what, I fell asleep. How did it go JJ?

Well I thought a few people would comment that they fell asleep listening to it.... but not before

I really enjoyed it, been on the station many times talking about football or music, but never a personal interview.
The 5 songs I played were not neccesarily my 5 favourite songs, but songs that said something to me about my life at a particular moment in my life.

    T-Rex, Metal Guru
Marvin Gaye, Abraham, Martin & John
    The The, Heartland
The Flaming Lips, Do you Realise?
    Morrissey & Siouxsie, Interlude

This list changed somewhat over the past few days, the reason for choosing 'Interlude' is I killed two birds in one go as I wanted a Siouxsie song as well as a Smiths / Morrissey track, so seemed to make sense to put them together

I too missed it, oh bugger, would you care to divulge what your choices meant to you now? I think you could start a thread "Jukebox Jury's Desert Island Discs"
Then you could choose the next person you want to have a nosey about via their discs?

Maybe tomorrow Grim, leaving in 5 minutes to get a train to London (heaving down to Euston) - back at midnight!

Hugh said he can listen to it on some contraption he has and hoping Skinny can record it??

The contraption JJ refers to is the BBCi listen again player.

Sadly, I can't locate the programme.

PS JJ told me a story about an American girl who thought the lyrics were, 'train heave on to Houston. I can't get that line out of my head when I've listened to 'London' since.

I'm a Biscuit kid too! When my Dad came over from Ireland he landed a job at the Biscuit Factory, where he met my Mum.
My Mum left when I was born, but he worked his way up and eventually on.

City, Biscuits and Moz! Your not married to a Chelsea fan as well are you?!!

    Nice one Brel for listening

Thankfully I'm not married to anyone anymore!!!

I've emailed the producer and asked for a copy. I asked the presenter on the night if she could record it and she said they didn't have anything in the studio that they could record it on!
I'll let you know when the copies are available on ebay

A friend of mine has contacted me to say he recorded it, so he's sending me a copy on CD. He even chopped out the 'Traffic news' and other jingles played.
Keep checking ebay for copies for sale:
