I know in india they have this stuff called "KRACK" or "CRACK" I can't remember the name but as I was wearing sandals back then
i used to get them... and that stuff works. They have stuff specifically made for it and it works so well.
They also have drummers skin - drummers use it... get some.

I did not mention your heels, I pointed out it was in the wrong place. It was a silly thread for there, here I agree it is dreadfully serious and I have sympathy.
