So, yes, I shall be the first to admit that these new UK dates are wonderful news but I just wonder firstly how long can he keep himself going and secondly when is he giving himself a break to finalize and complete the next album?

i'm hoping he makes it at least as far as paris.
I fear he may start canceling some dates on this tour!
I admit, it makes me sort of anxious.
I'm hope he's not "biting off more than he can chew".
That's what she said =o)
I think a very specific calender is being worked out for next year. I think we will get the greatest hits first after the gigs and then he will record in the summer.
I am sure he shall attend all gigs in UK and France. However, I doubt many more shall be released. After the hiccups in USA on a few occassions I feel he shall be sensible and have a strict regime planned for himself, Boz will have kept him on the straight and narrowPerhaps a couple moe dates in the UK, Manchester and Dublin? Then the Greatest Hits release followed by the new album.

He's taking plenty of breaks.
The tour has gone on a long time but he's had plenty of rest.
I wouldn't worry about it. Worry is interest paid on a debt not yet incurred.
Assume no cancellations/postponments and adjust accordingly. It's the only way to keep your peace of mind.
"Cried over my supper, it revived. Got off the table... started to fly."
All his problems on the US tour were caused by viruses. You can't really plan for that. You can have two years off and then get a virus the first day of a new tour. He had no problems at all during the European tour.
