good question, really. i've wondered the same, but never really came across an answer. don't really think so, but you never know. i would at least like to think that morrissey really hung out in that big tub, with the strangeways cover-photo over him, a byron-book and the "there is a light..." floot-mat.
i also wondered if the byron-book is there because of the poet himself, or because it was james dean's middle-name. might seem likely, since just about everything else in that scene (or the video, for that matter) is a dean-reference in some way. but i won't push this thread further down the road of morrissey minutiae...
