Wish i could have been there, looks like a fun time. I love the band look a likes! :D

Sounds like a Music for the Masses poster... (sorry I am obsesed lol) and the best of picture, sweet!
Thanks for trying to scan them! :D

Awww, i cant belive you didnt go. Well thats okay, you can go to the next one. Maybe Ill get to go too. Me and my friend have so many plans to see Depeche. She loves DM too :)

OMG I looooooooove it! I dont have a poster like that. But i do have the tshirt! Music for the Masses is one of my favorite DM eras, if thats what you call it lol One of my fave photographs too :D Im jealous:p

Me too!! Aww, I wish I coulda gotten you one!! :( But at least you have the t-shirt with that pic...I LOVE the pic! they all look sooooo handsome! :D

Aww, how very sweet of you to say:o But thats alright, I have a big collection and im out of wall space :D
yes, they ALL are georgous there. My favorite has always been Alan.

DM has not been the same since Alan left...Playing The Angel was good...and a step in the right direction....

I have a Music For The Masses poster somewhere in my closet...

Speaking of Blasphemous Rumors...would be nice if they would play that or anything else from Some Great Reward, which is arguably their best album, and my personal favorite....

I also think it's in poor taste that they refuse to release any of the videos from A Broken Frame + Get The Balance Right...because they're so cheesy....

ALL videos in that era were cheesy...

Until then, thank God For You Tube....

I bought the best of CD+DVD for my friend, and if I remember correctly the video for Martyr isn't on there...seems kind of ridiculous to have it on the CD, but not the DVD..

True, all videos were cheesy then. DM had some bad ones, but I would still like to own them. I guess they are just too embarrased by them! :D

They didnt make a new video for martyr , but there is one on DM dot com. have you checked it out? Great song!

Yes, I miss Alan.

I love PTA! :D

I wish they would play anything from SGR or earlier. However, i was so happy when they started playing Photographic.

Yeah, The Montage...they should have put it on the DVD....I'm supposed to borrow the DVD from my friend and burn a compilation with ALL the videos...including the unreleased ones...Actually I think Just Can't Get Enough was cheesier than the unreleased ones...Love, In Itself is still one of my favorites due to the location they used...a lot better than the black and white ones with the chick in the see-through bra...Behind The Wheel? I mean if I want to watch soft-porn, then I'll go do that instead of listening to DM...

Yeah..Photographic was the best part of the tour...wish they played it the first time around, although the lackluster reception (At least in LA) of Just Can't Get Enough and Everything Counts show that probably nobody from the crowd (besides me and you) would have enjoyed it...I like that during the Rock AM Ring video.you can hear people chanting for Boys Say Go...probably the cheesiest song they ever did..but it goes to show people still follow them from way back when...wish Dave would sing Leave In Silence or Shake The Disease, but was nice to hear them nonetheless...personally would rather hear Martin sing one of his own older songs like "the first" It Doesn't Matter, A World Full Of Nothing, The Things You Said, or I Want You Now...

I think he gets tired of doing Somebody and A Question Of Lust even though they are his most popular songs...

Oh yeah! I remember the Boys Say Go chant. I remember saying to myself, "are they saying boys say go?" lol Id rather hear that than the French fans singing the "oooohhh ohhh ohhhh ohh" thing after every song. It would be nice to hear dave sing songs like leave in silence or shake the disease. I would looove to hear Martin do it doesnt matter, Things you said or I want you now. Things you said is one of my favorite Dm songs.
As much as I like the "popular" songs like PJ or ETS, I wouldnt mind if they didnt play them and added older songs.

where was love in itself made?
Theres quite a few black and white ones and a few with Bras as well. Strangelove has some chicks in bras....:o

I thought most of the videos from that era were pretty generic and bland...Even the walking boots in Never Let Me Down Again wasn't that thrilling...and the whole Enjoy The Silence thing...never impressed me...I'm not really a fan of videos....

Love, In Itself was shot in some caves, possibly Germany since they recorded parts of Construction Time Again in Berlin...

I can't find it on You Tube

I agree about the early videos. some of them make me cringe. I do think that Shake the Disease was pretty good though. Oh yeah, I remember the caves in Love in itself. I havent seen that video in a while. I like the enjoy the silence video, especially the intro, it should have been on the album. Im a fan of Anton's videos.

I just noticed they put a second (2004) version of Enjoy The Silence on the DVD, but it's missing Love, In Itself (Which was on Some Great Videos), Blasphemous Rumors, Somebody, It's Called A Heart, A Question Of Lust, But Not Tonight (on Singles 86-98+), Policy Of Truth, World In My Eyes, Condemnation, Home, (Not sure if They made ones for Freelove or Goodnight Lovers or A Pain That I'm Used To or John The Revelator...probably they did)....

I'm just a completist and to release an incomplete collection really gets on my nerves...I'd rather just put together my own collection...I'd really like to know why none of Martin Gore's songs were on either the CD or The DVD....

Makes me wonder about the future of the band...
