    One of the first few to get me hooked, back in my debut 'Louder Than Bombs' days.

    Quality through and through.

    Come back to Camden 17? that sucks, then it won't be in the top 20
    at least it's number 5 out of the solo-songs.

    For an inexplicable reason I never got into this one. Too slow, too whingey, too dull, it's the song I alway skip because I find it almost unbearable to listen to. Nice lyrics maybe (caligula w. h. blushed...)...but it doesnt do anything for me.

    Therefore i gave it a 4.

    a 9, without a doubt, and a classic song from the early Smiths years

    the line;
    'i was looking for a job, and than i found a job, and heavens knowsi 'm miserable now'
    is one of its simple but powerfull lines, he wrote that period

    I gave it a 5.

    It's too whiney for me.

    EDIT: I see Ben Budd and Walker's Crisps agree.

    At least I won't be the only victim of trannies

    Don't get me wrong, songs like "Back To The Old House" are from the same period, slow and kind of dull and nevertheless in the same vain (vane? vein??) , but just a little more demanding. It's the subtle nuances that make the difference. For me at least.

    P.S. And the falsetto in Heaven Knows is a torture....
