Excellent! I had been looking for Not Bad for No Tour for a while. I hadn't even heard of the second one; I am going to try to find more information on it
Thanks trashmonk!
*Edit* Is the other version of "all the way to reno" on Not bad for no tour identical to an existing version?

Hi there - I'm new to the site (somehow stumbled upon it by googling some REM stuff) and am excited to find a lot of the bootlegs/hard to find stuff. Would someone be able to post all of the Xmas songs above into one zip? I signed up for a 4-shared account and it says the links are expired.
Here's what I am contributing - if anyone needs anything that was commercially released, odds are I have it ripped from my collection - the only thing I'm missing is the Supernatural Superserious single, and have been trying to win it on eBay for quite some time.
If anything sounds too quiet, it's because I MP3gain all my MP3s. Hopefully you can re-run through MP3gain and set the volumes to whatever you like. All my files are ripped at 320kbps.

Perfect Circle (Live) - from "Suspicion" 3" single:

Losing My Religion - digital-only release from UK radio aid - no longer able to be purchased; converted from .wma:

*EDIT* - just the vinyl releases into one zip that is - I have the 99, 01, 02, 03, 04 and 07 singles on CD.

mattdm11 Losing My Religion - digital-only release from UK radio aid ? what is this?
also Acoustic Songs, is this a bootleg or a collection of songs? thanks for the upload
the fanclub single links still work: http://www.4shared.com/dir/10854343/182ea0a2/REM.html
im on the hunt for Passaic 84 bootleg, i think it was broadcast on tv or soundboard? would love to hear it.
I thought I had the official ripped versions of the live b-sides from the Rockville 12" single... turns out they are just bootleg recordings. However, the bootleg source is a DAT master reel as the show was recorded by a French radio station and is what was also used for the Rockville single... how well I.R.S. may have mixed them, I have no idea. I believe what I.R.S. did was fade-out both tracks as Gardening at Night cuts short and 9-9 has the beginning of another track at the end. If you have the full show it is possible to play around and re-order the tracks to get full versions of both these tracks and the whole show (more details here for those interested)
So from the bootleg recording, are:
- 9-9 (live, 20 Apr 1984, Paris)
- Gardening at Night (cuts off at end) (live, 20 Apr 1984, Paris)
Similarly, this is Pop Song 89, recorded live 15 March 1991 from the Borderline club in London. This was the b-side on the 12" Near Wild Heaven single. The sound quality here isn't amazing and I have no idea if this is the real vinyl rip or a bootleg recording. But again, for those interested, here it is:
- Pop Song 89 (live acoustic version)
And finally, as requested, R.E.M.'s cover of Wall of Death:
- Wall of Death
Hello again!
I've lots to write now
First of all, big thanks to Boomers86 for the uploads, unfortunately I didn't get anything new, but I appreciate the effort. I also have the bootleg version of the Paris 1984 show, and I've put together the bits and pieces for myself, so, for those who are interested, here's the full version of Gardening At Night plus 9-9 from there in losless format:

...and in mp3:

I also found the videos from the Not Bad For No Tour promo EP in .wmv format in my archive, here it is (quite small picture and not very high quality though):

Tracklist:
Introduction from Michael Moore
All The Way To Reno - promotional video
Imitation Of Life - live in Köln, 12 May 2001
Losing My Religion - live at Trafalgar Square, London, 29 April 2001
Find The River - live at MTV Unplugged 2.0, 21 May 2001
I've Been High - live at Chanel V "By Demand", Sydney 31 May 2001
The Lifting - live in Toronto, 17 May 2001
About Pop Song 89 from Borderline: this is definitely from the audience recording, and since there are 3 other songs (Tom's Diner, Low, Endgame) from the same show on the Near Wild Heaven cd single in much better quality, I have to think that the band had a better source to use from this show, so they must have used that for the 12" also.
About Acoustic Songs: it's not a bootleg, it was a French magazine (Les Rockuptibles) giveaway cd, all 3 tracks were originally recorded for Rockline in LA, 1 April 1991, and later released on singles:
Losing My Religion on the Shiny Happy People single
Half A World Away on the Near Wild Heaven single (UK 12" only)
Love Is All Around on the Radio Song single
About the 6 songs from Clinton Studios, NYC 7 October 2003: in late 2003, R.E.M. made a 2 disc set to promote the release of the In Time collection, titled "A Joyful Noise - In Time With R.E.M." Disc 1 contained an interview about their Warner era (1988-2003) and various tracks from the best of album, and disc 2 contained the 6 exclusive performances. 2 of them (Pretty Persuasion and Welcome To The Occupation) were later released on the Animal single.
About Losing My Religion - digital-only release from UK radio aid: I have absolutely no information about this (maybe someone from the UK could help), but for me it sounds quite similar to the Clinton Studio performance, without the applause at the end though.

UK Radio Aid - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UK_Radio_Aid
I don't remember much about it, other than the track was like GBP .79 or something like that. I also bought the David Gray track. It has DRM on it, so I got lucky a few years ago when I converted it to WAV - at least I can still listen to it.
As far as Acoustic Songs, I saw another person in the thread explain what that is. I think it's a great little EP. You can get it on ebay for $10 - $20, maybe a little more.
And you're right, the link is now working for me....very strange why it didn't work before...I probably screwed up, I'm new to 4shared.

And a request from me: I've noticed that the instrumental version of the King Of Comedy 808 State remix was uploaded earlier, if someone could put it up again, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
