Default Blur's Charmless Man; Is it about Morrissey?

I recieved this juicy bit of information from Damon Albarn hisself, he was dressed in a very dapper JNCO baggy grey pants and an Urban Outfitters brown sweater...complete (compleat--- for you marmite sucking molepeople, get some fu.cking sun in ya pale ivory white ghostoids) with a Fubu wool cap (the one The Edge usually dons) and after drinking a few beers with him in Sacha's bar he whispered in my ear..."That song Chramless Man is about your bloke you call Ol' Leatherface"

And with that a house fell on him and a girl in pigtails asked me if this was Kansas.

Oh well, if it's true...we also know that Albarn may have been made a "friend of dorothy's."

By the way Blur is pretty cool, too bad that Elastica whore ruined him in that parklife period.

However, my heart (and I think good sex music) lies with Pulp...yummers.

I've often thought this may be the case. I think Mozzer is aware of it also. I recall he mentioned it was his favorite Blur song, and I can olny assume it was with his tounge firmly in cheek.

    Ask about my mix tape.

I'm hoping to use it, someday.

Hey, not a bad idea. If you aren't a pro, at least look like you're one. I don't do it. It's like going to a store and finding a really tiny little dress and wanting to buy it even if you know it will be out of style by the time you use it.

    Side 1 ('Fore)

Ultra Vivid Scene - A Dream of Love
Jesus and Mary Chain - Nine Million Rainy Days
    Galaxie 500 - Tugboat
Ultra Vivid Scene - Mercy Seat
Jesus and Mary Chain - Some Candy Talking
    Ultra Vivid Scene - Lynn-Marie #1

    Side 2 (Aft')

Mysteries of Life - Kiss Me Goodnight
Twenty-Four Gone - Girl of Colours
    Eugenius - Indian Summer
    Matthew Sweet - Winona
Mazzy Star - Fade Into You
    Bruce Springsteen - Secret Garden
Matthew Sweet - Your Sweet Voice

Granted, there are a lot of the same bands represented here, and there are some artists who don't appear to fit in with the rest of the artists, but it actually works quite well.

Anyway, most of the songs on it have sentimental value and are very "specific" in whom they bring to mind.

I guess you can call it a tribute of sorts.

Stay tuned for the track listing from my NEXT mix tape: "Songs to Slit Your Wrists To!" (volume 2 in my series).

Well, the songs remind me of a specific individual whom I had....ahem...(ugh..sorry for being so "personal," but what the heck - I'm anonymous)...shared an intimate moment with.

I was hoping to bring the tape along, the next time we got together, but alas - it never came.

    (no pun intended).

But do you want this tape for the next time? Don't you think it will throw off your game having a reminder of someone else playing in the background?

oh well. i dunno what I'm saying. Socially, I still resemble someone who has been raised by a family of muskrats, so do the opposite of what I say.

You can always masturbate by slowly rubbing your clitoris (clitori if you are that freaky chick in that Jeremy Irons flick, or was that 3 cervixes?) while sticking a finger or two in your ass, pumping back and forth and then stick vibrator into your c unt.

Sorry for being so explicit, sometimes doctors have to be explicit. Now here's a prescript for Diaphenol and some Midol. (Doctor? Oh yes, that is one of the new facets the writers gave me.)

While your bonking? Staring out the window with my forehead resting on the glass music. That song by Air with the girl singing, that would be nice but I'm not really an expert on such matters.

Oh, I meant next time I was with that particular individual.

I'm afraid the only purpose this tape will serve henceforth, will be as a sad reminder of what once was.

Hey, please don't think FOR A MINUTE that I am anything BUT socially inept, because that's EXACTLY what I am.

No, that point in my life which was captured for posterity on a mix tape was the only socially satisfying time I've ever enjoyed.

Nor am I, but I was trying to capture an overall mood...not just limiting it to...erm..."bonking" music. When you put it THAT way, you may as well slap on "Me So Horny" By 2 Live Crew!

Oh right, more of the mood music. I think I would going "oh my god at last (insert name of various unrequited females)" than worring about mood music. Besides I'd be up turning the tape up louder in 30 seconds. Wouldn't it be terrible if the music was more interesting than you know what?.

ha, well, I don't even know what I would put on a mix tape so you're doing better than I am.

The best male contact i have right now is looking forward to having dinner with one tomorrow....a guy who has a boyfriend.

    But he's way cool.

you're right about massive... particularly the album "Mezzanine".

wheeeew... too-sexy... too bad "Snatch", "Anti Trust" & (was it Calvin Klein?) used "Angel" to death in the last year. (over two years late, mind you)

another i find pleasing is Depeche Mode's "Vibrator"... i mean "Violator".
