This setlist corresponds to the typical main set of this leg of the "The Queen Is Dead" tour. It seems like this list in incomplete, unless the Smiths decided to not play an encore.

The band was very well received, as usual in Southern California. After "There Is A Light That Never Goes Out" Morrissey apologised "Sorry we were late, but we missed the boat..." B-side "Stretch Out And Wait" was not released in the USA at that point in time, so unknown to most of the audience. It therefore received a lukewarm response, which prompted Morrissey to ask "You didn't really like that one did you?" "The Queen Is Dead" was introduced with the line "Just a little social commentary before we go..."
