The above three bands and two more are playing this Bank Holiday Monday at the Revolution Bar, Deansgate Locks starting at 6pm. Free before 8pm, £2 after that.
It will be rammed so get there early.

I had the misfortune to see Polytechnic at the Bridgewater Hall a few months ago.

Seemed like a boring bunch of middle-class "we met at uni" twerps to me. It was like Oasis had never happened.
"Shall we play some songs until our degrees arrive?"

And to make things worse 'John (I) Robb(ed) my identity' was there, but I managed to avoid speaking to him.
