Hello all,

Seeing this one falls on good friday, i thought i would suggest making it a great friday by organising a Leo Sayer on the given date. It is a bank holiday, as well as the Morrissey (and Smiths) Disco. If anyone, young or old wants to join us, then pm me for details. Don't be scared as we are a friendly crowd, unless you don't know the words to Alma Matters! Andy will probably frown upon this post at the possibility a few of us being pie eyed and door money may have to be allocated for extra buckets! Lillybett, you are banned as you lose things, but Sister Steve can come as i owe her a pint for breaking her dress at the last one....

Hmm, depends how you look at it Spendlove. I would class 12am as late afternoon, and 12pm as night. Some people class 12pm as late morning and 00:00 as am, but they are just idle ex students who are on the George Cole ;-)

Not sure about my availability. The ex is away Saturday - Thursday with the kids so can hardly say 'Hi, had a good time? See you Saturday afternoon, I'm on a bender for the day' when they get back. Especially as I've not yet mentioned I shall be out all day this Friday on a pre and post Manchester v Cancer gig bender!

You cheeky bastard. Me and Lilybett are the queens of daytime drinking. If we had enough money we would do it every single day. Yes it is true, we are normally drunk by 21.30 but thats cos we start drinking hours before at my house.

As for Good Friday, as Lilybett and I are devout Christians, we will be in church on GF and doing religious things.

In all seriousness, we have just managed to scrape just enough money (well skanked off mum) to get over to Manchesttaa and maybe afford a vodka and orange or two at the S&G. Also if we spent all day drinking, we wouldn't look our usual 'glam' selves when we got there would we?

Well it doesn't how I say it in my head. And FYI I might be northern but I am extremely wealthy and middle class, I've never bred pigeons or eaten tripe in my life and don't intend to. And I'm from the happiest town up north so it might be deprived in areas but really happy.
