not far at all MSG is on 7ave btwn 31st and 33rd street, BB kings is on 42nd street and 7av (right in times square)

MSG is downtown on 32th st; unless there's one downtown, the BB Kings I know is on 42nd st Times Square. Take A,C,E or 1, 2, 3 to 42nd and walk towards the direction of 8th avenue.
