'ullo all. I'm in need of some help, I'm in a dire situation! My guitarist has N E V E R listened to the smiths (guitarist in a coma, I know, i know it's serious!) and we are getting ready to start rehersals soon. Can anyone send me guitar tabs or tell me a place on the web where i can find tabs for HOW SOON IS NOW? Any and ALL help will be appreciated. call me morbid, call me pale

Bear in mind that this is not a simple 'strum-along' song that everyone thinks. Johnny used a pocketknife handle to bang on the strings utilizing the effect. The guitar was into an amp with heavy tremolo, but it doesn't stop there. The amp was split into a delay unit with a panning effect. Either way, playing it his way or strumming, it's a bitch to get down; the settings need to be just right, or it'll sound 'ghetto'.

I wanted to thank both ROB and BRIAN for the input. I am not sure how this is going to turn out. For some reason or other this guitarist is more interested in doing "COLLECTIVE SOUL" songs..... should have known when he asked, "who are the smiths?" - desperate times call for desperate measures! IF ANYONE knows a guitarist in the cincinnati, lexington or louisville area, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE (let me get what i want this time...) NOTIFY ME.
