However, my favourite German team (and you wont like this) is St Pauli FC.

I don't mind! St. Pauli is a district from Hamburg and I'm not very interested in football. But someone on my work is a huge St. Pauli fan and used to wear their clothes. I always wanted to say him three letters and look what might happen: HSV. Probably he kills me.

My sister says when she went last year they were "between £30 and 40" so I'm guessing they'll stay about the same. We scrape together £35 for Morrissey, the least we can do is show Take That the same courtesy.

Never been boozing in Hamburg..I only support teams where I've had a good time boozing. (I do like St Pauli's nicknames, though.) So I'll also put my (..considerable! ) weight behind FC Koeln. And I suppose Borussia Dortmund...I suppose there were some comedy moments on that exchange...most notably me getting in a state on some crazy German schnapps and throwing up eeeeeeeeeverywhere in my host family's house mmm

I'd like to go to Hamburg a lot, though. And Berlin. And Austria.

I doubt it. Especially when I tell her what it's for! I'm already gonna have to borrow April's rent off her, coz im a silly bugger and spent it (I don't understand the concept of budgeting). However, it's worth a try innit, the worst she can say is no and my brother is always skanking money off her to take his women out (to the lamb!). It would be ace though! I think i'll email the star and garter and suggest they put on a take that disco afterwards!!

Yes I don't think she will somehow. I asked for the Take That CD for xmas and she refused to buy me it! But she's alot more generous these days so it's worth a try. Unless I lie and say its for something else, like a uni trip lol, but u don't get trips in Sociology!
