Keeping copies of Youtube videos the easy way

Not sure if you bastards have seen this or know about it, but.....
Instead of just watching a video on Youtube, why not get your own copy of it in mpg or avi format??????? So I'm surfing around and there is a website where all you have to do is put in the "address" of the video and they will convert the son of a bitch for you, and email you a download link. The only way it could get any easer would be if they actually come over to my house and type it in the computer for me. Anyhow, here is the website that will do it all for you.
