I am not British, so what does "Busking" mean?

Just thought I'd drop you all a line to say that we are doing a world record busking event.
Come down and join us if you can - we are using this to draw attention to the second Versus Cancer gig ( 30-03-07). Another great line-up.

Busking is a British term used in many areas of the English-speaking world. In the United States the term busking is almost unknown, buskers in the USA are called street performers or street musicians.

They are everywhere on the London Underground, some of them are really good though.

matt is a good guy... lovely infact... yes he is in a circle of friends. don't see him much but when we do we have a laugh
