.....15 years have passed and they AXED you/Nervous
middele-aged/(WONT SMILE)/What became of you?/Did the
passing of time /torture you?/A Star at twenty-four/What
became of you?/Down to no label/and a scarce mention/oh
but I remember you/I look up to you!
Well, yes it is in fact very true that there is hardley
anything less tragic than a "once was" in the eyes of
Moz...and lets face it....he is pretty much
there.....although he displays an air of being happy with
his position.....Does he think of this in the back of his
mind.....I remember in 1992 when I was in eleventh grade
everyone loved Moz, he even won favorite artist in the
school pole....that was the hieght of his solo
popularity(he was almost commercial)....and yes while the
smiths had there own popularity in the mid-eighties they
were, well in southern california overshadowed by Depeche
Mode, The Cure and New Order in terms popularity....but
Moz did find great succes in 91-92..all the way to
Vauxhall, but it was Southpaw that turned most of those
same fans off, at least all the paople that iknew in High
school who liked him said they hated Southpaw..but the
test of time showed most of those fans were average fad
seekers.....now im sure Moz sees that his popularity has
substantialy dwindled.....and it would be sad to think of
it as tragic....even though Now His Heart is Full.....i
doubt another record will boost his career....oh but I
remember him....... Just an observation Ive been
holding.......
