If I accomplish nothing else this evening, at least I can say I made a man piss himself. Mumma and Pappa would be so proud.

Colin Hendry's wife died today, my best friend used to babysit for them when he played at Blackburn.

    Really sad.

I hope it puts some women off cosmetic surgery.

Just a week later and the very last British World War I veteran, Harry Patch has died too.
Very sad, however 111 isn't a bad age at all. Rest in peace.

Actress Mollie Sugden has died at the age of 86, her agent has said.
The TV star, best known for playing Mrs Slocombe in long-running BBC sitcom Are You Being Served?, died at the Royal Surrey Hospital after a long illness.

There's bound to be a Smiths or Morrissey bootleg out there with Mrs Slocombe on the cover. If not, there should be.

Yes, the Ipswich team of the late 70's / early 80's were bloody good.... I remember listening to the FA Cup semi Final draw 1981...... City, Spurs, Wolves and Ipswich.
I definately didn't want Ipswich but would have been happy with Wolves or Spurs..... we drew Ipswich......

Villa Park.....(I was there, aged 18) a brilliant, tense game, but 0-0 after 90 mins.... Paul Power scored a fantastic free kick in extra time to send City through to Wembley........
but they were pushed all the way by Ipswich......

Gates, Mariner, Butcher, Cooper, Mills, Beattie (he was fucking good), Whymark (he was very fucking good), Geddis, Wark, Murhen, Thyson..... later Alan Brazil..... they won the UEFA Cup the year later

Very sad to hear that a popular Japanese actress Ms Ohara was found dead in her home.
