no shock to anyone
but
I am drunk
hahahahha
but c'mon my boy is the presumptive nominee
Can I just ask anyone's opinion on this.
Yesterday my son and his friend told me they had in health
education class a film which showed venereal diseases.
My son is only fourteen. He said he was horrified.
What do you guys think? Is it a bit extreme, or is it better
to be educated. The unfortunate thing about all this is my son
was a bit freaked out and said:- "Geez, I don't know if I'd ever want
to have sex from seeing that..."
I just talked to him about how important using precautions is.....

I think we're too hung up and extreme about sex in the US and use fear tactics to the point where people, like your son, don't even want to be involved with something as natural and normal as sex. For me, growing up in both Norway and the US, I feel like in the US sex education just makes you more uncomfortable and worried about yourslef and others than feel educated and safe. In norway you just learn everythign for and by yourself, and really it works best becuase you don't develop these early fears and thoughts about sex. My parents never talked to me about sex, drugs, etc. and I'm very happy about how things turned out but I guess it depends on where you grow up.
That's all![]()

Aargh! Tom's moped burst a tyre on his way to his chemistry exams. I phoned school - who didn't phone me back. Then the sixth-form sec, who's a thoroughly good egg, phoned to ask where he was, so I explained that he was currently running the last mile of the journey as fast as his spindly legs would carry him, and she says she'll tell the exam supervisors to expect him to be a little late and that it's not his fault. Phew!

It's 2AM and I just finished watching this movie called, "And There Will Be Blood" so now I know all about the, "I drink your milkshake!" joke. Ha. ha. Moral of the morning- never drink those energy drinks late afternoon. You will be up like me and you won't be able to sleep. Blah.![]()
