I pratically didn't hear Joy Division in the last 10 years... anyway I knew Greasetea is a fan and I heard my old Closer LP... oh I can't stop hearing it!

Well, I was a big Joy Division fan circa 1988 but then I didn't perceive how much resposible for the Joy Division/New Order sound the bassist Peter Hook is. Only when I knew a Monaco song I perceived it...

Yes, the guy is a genius!

a loaded gun wont set you free....

I AM A MASSIVE JOY DIVISION FAN...

I LOVE THEM.....

NEW ORDER ARE OK BUT NO WHERE NEAR AS GOOD AS JOY DIVISION.

I have never liked New Order, which was why I was put off listening to Joy Division, but I was plesantly suprised - Unknown Pleasures is their best album in my opinion. I wonder if Joy Division would have gone more commercial like New Order had Ian not committed suicide?
