Mine was in honour of the local football team and was a deliberate antagonism on having seen Morrissey in our local "rivals" town. Sorry city. PRETTY SH**** CITY. The name, as seems quite common, has stuck. anything else I use Glovidge. Or freeyourself. Or AndreaIson. Or broken.

My mother once said that when I was born one of the nurses said to her, "she looks like a Kewpie doll".
It's the first compliment I got.

I think I may have nicked it off someone else somewhere. I think maybe the Pirates of the Caribbean board at IMdB. Genius steals...

I wrote a reply but I see it never got posted! Weird. To paraphrase, I'm not that much of a drinker, I only enjoy the image . Also, I know where your name is from, but I have to say it's a little confusing - there have been times when it took me a while before I realized someone was talking about you rather than about "no one" .

well, at some point you need to get drunk and post on moz-solo...or if not all the way drunk, at least a little lit. it is a whole different experience!

So are you speaking from experience? I remember Sir Alec got drunk one time and started discussing his measurements .

Ha! This is a good question! Mine is easy: My name is Cecilia and here in Chile when a woman gets married to a man, she doesn't change her maiden name, but she adds her husband's name by the word "DE" that means "of", stating clearly that from that moment on she belongs to that man. So, i.E. with simple names: Maria García De Gonzalez (her maiden name is García, but since she's married to Mr González, she states through her name that she "belongs" to her husband by using his last name after "de")...

Soooooo... If I made it clear to you: I married Morrissey and I became Cecilia de Morrissey, or shorter Ceci De Morrissey... Hahahaha.. In my dreams...

Mine was weird, obviously I knew it was taken from Nobdoy Loves Us and tis aslo the title of a Morrissey bootleg, but on the day I signed up to this forum my English teacher called me a Practising Troublemaker for writing Morrissey on a school desk with a compass.

Well, I wanted something Morrissey related, and I just fancied adding an extra L, I don't really know why.

My username comes from my favourite TV series, the very underrated and little known, but very original, weird and wonderful British series (2001-2003) "Night & Day".

Pain is to pleasure as disco is to punk. You need to live through one to fully appreciate the other.
