Keep the bootlegs coming please![]()
See, Anna, that's my biggest problem with REM, their song titles are often not mentioned in the track (bit like Viva Hate tracks) so it's more difficult to memorise them when you've got a head filled with Morrissey!
I probably know the song you refer to as the brief line looks familar but I'd need more to get singing it!
Oh i know what you mean.. so much music.. so little brain substance![]()
I never thought of this as funny
it speaks another world to me

lol, yes, yes it is, go listen to it now!
Why are you still here?!![]()
LOL @ Anna, thanks, and what a relief (I honestly didn't check anything first!)
I do have to admit though it was Losing My Religon that grabbed me but Document remains my favourite - Exhuming McCarthy in particular.
However, Hi-Fi is as good in it's consistency as anything else they ever did.
And I love their version of Suzanne on Up.
on either the "document" or "green" tour, rem performed "word up" by cameo.
had to be one of the most surreal moments of my life.

i happen to like Gardening at Night a lot because it makes me think of doing something clandestine in the middle of the night when no one knows
It's as if gardening is just symbolic...
