video tape of smiths/moz convention

As some of you may already know, we are putting together a videotape of this year's Smiths/Moz convention. As we were watching the tapes over the weekend, we noticed that there was a member of the audience who had a hand-held videocam and was taking some cool shots of us from the side of the stage (and even some shots from in front of Jose, on the stage.) We thought it would be cool to splice some of his close-ups in with the footage that we already have. Does anyone know who this young lad is, or will he be forever "lost?"

Also, we are very interested in creating a web page to help us get the word out on our upcoming shows. Does anybody have any ideas as to who we might want to contact?

Lastly, thank you for all of the wonderful comments that have been written on this site. They have meant so much to us. We will never forget the crush of energy and love that seemed to consume the entire Palace last Saturday and Sunday night.

I have to say that I was a bit surprised to read your response to my request for footage of the concert. Your attack on the band and its motives for the video was cruel and untrue. We did this video for the sole reason of capturing the night for the fans who enjoyed the shows. That's it. It wasn't, as you suggested, "to make more money thanks to Morrissey." We are going to be paying royalties to ASCAP and Warner Publishing for the right to use those songs onstage and in the video. Furthermore, we are selling the video AT COST, with absolutely no profit to the band.

It saddens me to think that someone who purports to be a Morrissey fan could be so shallow-minded, ill-informed and un-charming.
