You guys, I survived what felt like a near fatal case of food poisoning and then yesterday a violent windstorm knocked out my cable and Internet until just now. I MISSED THE LOPEZ SHOW, I'm behind on The Frink and I've realized just how long and dull a day can be without my daily Internet breaks. Not only that, but the wind de-capitated my animated Christmas penguin outside, and all the other decorations are strewn about the yard and it's too cold to fix it right now. It looks like Christmas carnage out there - though I kinda like it that way.

Anyway, I'm off to catch up on everything I've missed in a mere 24 hours - including the show!

EDIT: Ooooooh. That was a great performance. He looked and sounded divine, and the band was just amazing. *sigh* I feel so sad I'm stuck in Michigan right now, and not in the audience for the next 2 shows.

We're already lined up for Ventura. Morrissey looked amazing in la. He shook my hand and asked me "are you sure?". The man perspires flowers. He had wiped his hand on his shirt and then shook hands with a couple of us, and the scent that lingered in my fingers was heavenly. At the end if first of the gang, he tore off his shirt over on my side of the stage for no good reason - he had just put it on five minutes before. I was thrilled. He's quite yummy. My only complaint is that it went by so fast. I could spend eternity listening to him.

I made a card for Morrissey and put this on the front. It's kind of a special cat, but you might not notice why at first.

Very creative. My tiger cat has the "M" and even has an "S". I flipped her over on both sides yesterday to see if we could complete the Morrissey in her markings.
