As far as I know, the regular B-side version of the song is the Janice Long session... am I wrong?

No - there's never been a 'proper' studio recording of this song - just the Janice Long session version that came out as a B Side. Same thing with Im Playing Easy To Get, though that didn't even get a B Side release, poor neglected thing.
