Jello Biafra with No Means No - The Myth Is Real (Let's Eat)

Half a Person - Smiths.
I heard "Call me Norbert, call me pale"
Frank Sinatra - Ebb Tide
A really wonderfully mournful song. Despite being, I don't know, 50-ish years old, it holds up very well.
New Fast Automatic Daffodils - It's Not What You Know , It's Who You Know
Yes, the band name is stupid , but the song is altogether better than that. Apparently, they were a peripheral Madchester group...

Absolutely brilliant band who I have listened to a lot over the years. I was just listening to their song "Stockholm" where "there is fish in the sea and food on shelves":

Urban the one and only (chatting away at http://morrisseysworld.blogspot.se/ which is a swedish addy but I have nothing to do with it at all)
Quite simply the funniest and best Joy Division cover since The Swans made a cover of "Love will tear us apart". A caribbean steelband covers "Transmission" live in central Manchester onboard an 18 wheeler.

Just to bang on , the remark about "Mother Superior" in "Happiness Is..." led me to wonder if this was the inspiration for the eponymous character in the Irvine Welsh (?) book/film "Trainspotting" - you know, the whole "...length of their habit..." bit ?
