He isnt nervous, thank god. Well done Edith. But Moz, stop looking into the camera! The sound quality is awful, channel 4 should be ashamed.

And it isn't a kids chior on YWTML, infact it was Boz all the time, good old Boz.
Yeah, Moz's voice cracked as well, as usual on TV. Its funny that the poor guy has these problems with nerves after all this time.

at least Edith Bowman was getting a decent response unlike Jonathan wanky Ross who hosted an embarassment of an interview a while back , with Moz obviously uncomfortable...he's never going to be an 'easy' interviewee but this one was not bad
She was great, but there was no audience, which might be a factor in his nerves.

I thought she was a bit crap, more nervous than his mozzness. Her questions were stumbling, and she was too busy lining up her next question to listen to the answers, consequently she asked something he had already answered.
But it could have been worse, just.
I must have watched a different interview. Morrissey did very well against very scripted questions. How he ever let Edith Bowman interview him at all is a mystery. She was nervous because she knows sod all about him and what she does know she doesn't like (she has made this very clear in the past).

I dunno if he's that difficult, I reckon an intelligent interviewer though could have Moz eating out of their hand in a way. All you would have to do is work out how best to tackle him to get his best responses.
The person that springs to mind is Australian Andrew Denton, this guy is the king of interviewers, and the reason you've never heard of him is because he is that damn good. The homework he does on his guests is amazing. He brings out the best in all his interviewees, he's taken some of the most boring/dumbass people and made great interviews out of them.
Moz needs to get himself interviewed by this man.
The SXSW interview was great. When I heard it the first thing I thought was how great it would be if Morrissey was interviewed on television like that.

yes, well, it WAS in comparison to J Ross..... Channel 4 have limited choice i guess in interviewers..every time he's interviewed these days its the same old, same old...surprised he even agrees to interviews at all... when i watch it again sober 2mrw maybeI'ill have a different view of it!
