Same here. I don't understand why it's so hated. It's eccentric and weird and singular... all the things I love in Morrissey. It might get tedious if every other song on an album sounded like this, but it was a one-off thing and I think it worked good. I always smile when I listen to it.

Exactly! That's why it shouldn't have been pulled from the UK 'Maladjusted'; the way it's conclusion leads into 'Satan Rejected My Soul' is brilliant.
