It's about 15 minutes by car or 20 minutes by metro/tram. From Amsterdam central station you have to take metro 54 to Bijlmer (where Heineken Music Hall is). It's the 9th stop, so it will take about 12 minutes.

So after the show you will have to take metro 54 from Bijlmer to Central station again. At central station you can take tram 1,2 and 5. The first stop will be right in front of Akhnaton. You can also walk from Central station to Akhnaton, as it is only 5 minutes or so.
