Yes, it's a wonderful piece of work. It sounds like it should be on that Morrissey-compiled "Songs To Be Cremated With" collection that someone kindly uploaded here a while back.
One of the top 3 ROTT tracks, imho.

It's not one of my favorite songs on the album, but you're certainly right about his falsetto! The way he trills 'lover' is unreal. love, math+
