    please ? nero won't burn tracks 1 & 12 for whatever reason

    Indeed, same problem here. Tried to convert the mp3 and back again, but my sound processing prog (by the makers of Nero) won't open it either :-(

    I'll try some other stuff and let you know if it worked...

    Right, Use CDex to convert them to Mp3's, they'realready mp3's but this fixes the problems. Then run them through Mp3GAIN to adjust the volume. 96db is a good nunber.

    Now burn them!

    BTW, Mp3gain & Cedx are freeware. Just google there names.

    in my experience, 'fixes' just about any mp3 that can be fixed. You can also use iTunes to re-encode.
