You want Morrissey but maybe you will have to accept you can't have him. Wait outside the concert if you like but I doubt he will talk to you. Your best chance is bumping into him in the Cat And Fiddle or on the street. You could find out his hotel as well but I doubt he will be receptive. Have you tried writing to him?
