It puzzles me what has happened to the ticketing system, and why indeed Morrisseys tickets appear to have soId out so quickly.
I recall the days of the firsts tours that he did, and in those days I had neither Credit Card, cheque or access to internet for the likes of Ticketmaster etc, so relied on good old postal orders sent to the venues, and managed a ticket in this way everytime for every venue.
In those days, I also did entire tours, and not just the odd show as I do now.
I don't feel that the appeal of Morrissey has increased that much over these years to create the fiasco of this and previous tours.
In fact its only becuase he is playing in Blackburn that I feel obliged to go and see him, asits my home town.
Touts still existed, fans still existed, and at the box office today their was a mix of both, but the first people in the queue where indeed the touts.
Perhaps if people where happy to go to only one show, rather than feeling the need to see as many as possible, as i once did, more fans would benefit.
